Sony Park Exhibition FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)
|Q. Can I make as many reservations as I would like?||A. There is a limit on the number of reservations, so one person (one email address) can make one reservation for up to two tickets for each event. We ask for your understanding and cooperation so that many visitors can make reservations.|
|Q. How many people at a time can make a reservation?||A. Two people in total can request a reservation under one person's name. If you are going to visit in a group of three or more, please make separate reservations to accommodate the number of people.|
|Q. Can I make a reservation on the same day I wish to attend?||A. You can make a reservation on the admission reservation page if there are openings on the same day.|
|Q. Can I enter without an advance reservation if there are openings on the same day?||A. Admission is by advance reservation, so please check openings for the same day on the admission reservation page, then go to reception after making a reservation.|
|Q. Where can I check reservation openings for the same day?||A. You can check reservation openings for the same day on the admission reservation page. You can then make a reservation on the admission reservation page if there are openings.|
|Q. Can I cancel my reservation?||A. To cancel, log in to the admission reservation page and follow the procedure on the cancellation form. Please enter the registration number for the date and time of your reservation on the cancellation form accurately. Be sure to contact us by two days before said date and time.

|Q. Can I get on a waiting list in case someone cancels?||A. You cannot. Please check the admission reservation page for reservation openings.|
|Q. Can I switch my reservation to another event if the event I reserved or its content are suspended after I made my reservation?||A. We apologize, but reservations cannot be switched to another event, whatever the case may be. Please make another reservation.|
|Q. Can I change my reservation?||A. You cannot be admitted at any time other than on the schedule (at the date and time) you reserved, whatever the case may be. In the event you are unable to attend and wish to change your reservation, please make another reservation after you have cancelled the first reservation using the cancellation form by two days before the said date and time. Please enter the registration number for the date and time of your reservation on the cancellation form accurately.

|Q. I made a reservation but cannot go. Can I transfer my reservation to someone else?||A. You cannot transfer your reservation to someone else.|
|Q. Can I bring my child? If so, do they need a reservation? From what age do you need a reservation?||A. Children under 13 years old can be admitted with a ticket-holding guardian. Children 13 and over count as one visitor, so please request a ticket for them.|
|Q. I have a question about reservations.||A. Please log in to the admission reservation page and ask using the inquiry form.|
|Q. I arrived just before the end of my reserved time slot. Can I stay into the next time slot?||A. You cannot stay into the next time slot. Please cancel your first reservation, then check openings for reservations on the admission reservation page and make another reservation for the next time slot if there are openings.|
|Q. What should I do if the other person in my party will be late for the reserved time?||A. Submit the other person's proof of entry along with your own at reception.|
|Q. If the person under whose name the reservation was made is going to be late, can the accompanying party member enter before them?||A. Two QR codes will be issued to the person under whose name the reservation is made. Please get the QR code from that person and show it to reception on the day you attend. The accompanying party member can go to reception first and be admitted. The late person under whose name the reservation was made will use the remaining QR code at reception.|
|Q. The other person in my party is unexpectedly unable to come. Do I need to cancel?||A. You do not need to contact us to cancel for the other person in your party.|
|Q. It is already past my reserved time, and I would like to cancel. Do I need to contact you to cancel?||A. We ask for your cooperation in contacting us to cancel even if it is past your reserved time so that more visitors can enjoy the exhibition. Please log in to the admission reservation page and cancel your reservation using the cancellation form. Enter the registration number for the date and time of your reservation on the cancellation form accurately. *Please enter the registration number, not the serial number.|
|Q. Where is reception located for the events?||A. Reception will be at the information desk on B1/Basement 1 of Ginza Sony Park.|
|Q. What time does reception open?||A. Reception opens 10 minutes before the respective start times.|
|Q. Can I line up before reception opens?||A. You cannot line up before reception opens. Please assemble after the reception start time in order to avoid creating a closed, crowded, close-contact setting.|
|Q. Do I need anything when I enter the venue on the day of my reservation?||A. Please show the QR code from your reservation confirmation email. You may also be asked to show personal identification. Please bring personal identification with a picture of your face.|
|Q. Can I leave baggage at reception?||A. Reception does not look after any baggage.|
|Q. Can I take photos with my camera inside the venue?||A. You can take photos, but please refrain from using flash. However, we may ask you to stop if the photos inconvenience other visitors.|
|Q. Are event-related goods on sale?||A. There are no event-related goods on sale. Books related to Sony and the six events are on sale at the kiosk on B1/Basement 1.|
|Q. Are measures being taken to prevent COVID-19 infection?||A. We have limited the number of visitors by employing an advance reservation system. We also take visitors' temperatures when they enter the venue. Please refrain from visiting the Park if your temperature is 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher, you feel unwell, you have cold symptoms, or you suspect you are a close contact of someone diagnosed positive for COVID-19.|
